We know one level of quality when it comes to the products we make: premium. We won't compromise on materials, nor will we remove features to simplify the manufacturing process. For us, it's all about the details that make our connectors easier to install, provide the optimum support and longest lifetime.
Our connectors are designed and tested beyond the specified requirements and always to a consistent and appropriate standard. We never contrive a testing method to get more optimistic outcomes, or publish load bearing performance values that are not repeatable time and again.
If a connector has our name on it, there's a good reason.

Our research and development teams span the globe, and our UKAS accredited laboratory in Tamworth, Staffordshire handles CE and UK CA approved for all Simpson Strong-Tie operations in the UK and Europe.
Because our engineers talk to building designers and building professionals every day, we are continually able to devise solutions to meet the demands of new and emerging building methods. Additionally, we identify ways to make our existing products better and better, which is why our connectors posses unique features to set them apart.
Availability and Delivery
Our distributors should never hold more stock than they need. In addition to our well managed inventory levels, we operate a rapid manufacturing service, producing many fast moving products the same day. Our nominal minumum order values mean you don't have to build up a large stock order to qualify for free delivery.

Delivery choices, from a standard 2-3 day service to next day delivery (subject to the above cut-off times) are available. If you need something to be delivered directly to the site the next day, you can talk to our customer care team about that too.
